Want to pitch an article or collaborate?

I love working with fellow writers, wine lovers, and brands that believe wine education should be approachable—not snobby.

Here’s how to reach me:

Email me directly:

Guest Post Guidelines

If you’d like to write for Wineacita, please read this first:

  • Original content only. Your post can’t be published anywhere else.

  • Length: At least 650 words.

  • Voice: Warm, clear, helpful. No wine snob energy. Write like you’re talking to an actual human at a tasting table.

  • Topic fit: Please browse Wineacita first and make sure we haven’t already covered your exact angle.

  • Depth: Go beyond surface-level “5 Tips for Wine Pairing.” Teach something. Bring a story. Share experience. I can’t be everywhere ( though I would love to be), so I especially love Wine Travel articles to areas I haven’t covered!

  • Accuracy matters. Wine info should be factually correct. If you’re making a claim (“this style is lower acid,” “this region is cooler”), please make sure you have fact-checked. ( I will also before publishing and retain some minor editing rights)

  • Links: Relevant links in the body are fine, but I reserve the right to edit or remove anything that feels spammy or off-brand.

  • Byline: Include a short 2–3 sentence bio. You may include up to two links (website, social, etc.). I always give credit to controbutors.

  • Images: If you have high-quality, original images that support your post, please attach them and confirm you have rights to use them.

How to submit:

  1. Email keri@wineacita.com

  2. Include your pitch. If your post is a good fit, I’ll follow up and we’ll go from there.

  3. Include your short bio, links, and any images

Brand Partnerships / Sponsorships

If you’re a winery, importer, retailer, or related brand and want to:

  • Sponsor content

  • Collaborate on an educational piece

  • Feature a wine, product, or event

  • Request a tasting, appearance, or training

Email keri@wineacita.com with “Collaboration” in the subject line.

Please include:

  • Your brand or product

  • What you’re hoping to do together

  • Timing or launch details

I focus on honest education and real value to my audience. I don’t do copy/paste talking points or pretend I love something I don’t.

Quick FAQ

Can I just add myself to your email list here?
Yes. You can subscribe to the Wineacita newsletter on Substack and get new posts and updates by email. It’s free and built for normal wine drinkers who want real guidance without judgment.

Do you accept AI-written articles?
No. I don’t publish content that was fully generated by AI. In full disclosure, I do use AI to help me generate ideas and check for grammar and can understand usage to that level.

Will you edit my submission?
Yes. I may edit for clarity, accuracy, formatting, and tone so it fits Wineacita’s style and serves the audience well.

One last thing
